Savvy Real-Estate Photography Consent and Authorization Form

**Consent and Authorization**

By completing and submitting this form, I hereby grant Savvy Real-Estate Photography full, irrevocable, and unrestricted rights to use all photographs and/or videos taken of the property located at the above address ("Images"). I understand and agree that these rights include, but are not limited to, the use, reproduction, distribution, publication, and display of the Images in any form, medium, or format, whether now known or hereafter developed.

**Purpose of Use**

I authorize Savvy Real-Estate Photography to use the Images for any lawful purposes related to the Photographer’s business activities, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotional materials, portfolio displays, social media, and website use.

**No Compensation**

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, royalties, or payments of any kind for the use of the Images as described in this consent.

**Release of Liability**

I release and hold harmless Savvy Real-Estate Photography, its employees, agents, and assigns from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the use of the Images, including but not limited to any claims of libel, invasion of privacy, or copyright infringement.

**Ownership**

I acknowledge that Savvy Real-Estate Photography retains full ownership of the Images and the copyrights therein.

**Duration**

This consent is effective as of the date of submission and shall remain in effect indefinitely unless otherwise terminated in writing by either party. Termination will not affect any prior use of the Images.

**Governing Law**

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

**No Refund Policy**

At Savvy Real Estate Photography, we value your business and strive to provide the highest quality service. Please be advised of our No Refund Policy regarding all bookings:

• All bookings are final. Once an appointment is scheduled and payment is made, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or missed appointments.

• If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time, subject to availability.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the payment made.

• If Savvy Real Estate Photography must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit for future services.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.
